Contract Screen Printing
Are you in the apparel industry but do not have the necessary equipment to print or embroidery your customers’ garments? Deters Ink specializes in contract printing and embroidery for a wide variety of clients. Our 10 station 8 color automatic press and 15 needle embroidery machines can provide you with a sense of confidence when you use Deters Ink for your apparel embellishing needs. Screen Printing
Screen printing is the process of transferring ink through a mesh screen onto a surface (usually garments) 1 color at a time. This process is used when printing large quantity multi colored orders. Using our high-tech 10-station automatic press, there is no job too big or small. With quick turnaround times, Deters Ink cuts the middle man out with our in-house production.
Embroidery
Customize your garments or accessories with our state of the art Barudan machinery. With up to 15 thread-color capabilities, Deters Ink can accommodate any request and will deliver the highest standard of needlework in the industry. Elevate your brand or logo.
DTF
The Direct to Film process is a breakthrough technology in the custom apparel industry. Digitally printed, multi colored transfers are applied via heat press onto garments or accessories. With print results blending into the fabric of the item, DTF is a great high quality print option best for complex color designs with low quantities. Contact Deters Ink to view samples.
Sublimation
Similar to DTF, Sublimation printing is a specialized process of digitally printing onto a special sheet of paper, then transferring that image onto another material, typically a polyester. The ink is then heated until it disintegrates into the fabric, offering a high cost, but very high-quality finished product, that will not crack or peel over time. Best used for moisture wicking shirts, athletic programs, marathons, and other activities.
Heat Press
Used primarily as an application utility, heat press is an adhesive process used in many apparel customization methods. Ideal for numbering jerseys, low quantity one-off prints and specialty paper utilization, heat press is a core function of the customized apparel industry.
